01 Choose your device

Check your operating system and choose the matching client. Each platform page includes requirements, official downloads and installation steps.

02 Install and connect

   Get the client

   Use the official download page or app store and make sure the download completes.

2. 02

   Finish installation

   Follow your device’s installation prompts. If it reports an incompatibility, return to the download page and check the requirements.

   Open and connect

   Launch the client, read its configuration and permission notices, then follow the connection prompts.

03 Check your connection

First open a regular website to check your network, then try your destination. Keep any error text and the time it occurred for further troubleshooting.

First-connection checklist

Before installation, check requirements, file origin and whether the download completed. During installation, read permission prompts instead of disabling system protections without understanding the problem.

After connecting, test an ordinary site and your intended page separately. For a report, record the client version, time and complete error. Interfaces and button names vary; follow the current client prompts.
