Record the network, mode and error message as a starting point for comparison.

Find connection or routing settings in your current version. Read each option before changing it; available options vary by platform.

Check the same destination
Retry the same page or app after changing a setting. If it does not help, restore the previous setting.
Still having connection trouble?
- Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data itself works.
- Check that the client came from an official source and meets the system requirements.
- Use the status page's checklist to examine the affected scope and local network.
- Record the OS version, error text and attempted steps before contacting support.
